Five-Year Limited Warranty: Quality Glass Block and Window Company promises to replace any Glass Block that are found to be defective within five years from the date of purchase. We will not replace windows damaged as a result of faulty installation. Upon discovery of any defect, you should send written notice to Quality Glass Block and Window Company, 1351 East St. Morris, IL. 60450 Attention: Quality Glass Block and Window Company Customer Service Department, or telephone 815-416-1007. A proof of purchase and a sample or photograph of the glass block in question will be required. We will review your claim and provide a replacement for any glass block found to be defective. Quality Glass Block and Window Company will not be responsible for installation or labor costs. Your sole remedy is replacement of defective glass block, excluding labor, and we will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages relating to your purchase or use of Quality Glass Block and Window Company‘s glass blocks. All implied warranties are also limited to a duration of five years from the date of your purchase of a Quality Glass Block and Window Company glass block window. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall Quality Glass Block and Window Company be liable for any damages arising because of product failure, whether incidental, special, consequential or punitive, regardless of the theory of liability upon which any such damages are claimed. Quality Glass Block and Window Company provides written warranties for many of its products, and such warranties take precedence over the statements contained herein. Warranty is valid in Canada.
