Arrival Date
Most of the popular styles of glass block, glass block products and masonry tools are in stock and ready to ship the same day provided the order is in by noon Monday thru Friday. Our specialty glass block requires a special order and will be ordered on our next available shipment (Generally in less than two weeks). From there, the order will be pulled and shipped within 24 hours of Quality Glass block and Window Co. receiving the product. Transit times depend on your area and accessibility through the freight company (The preferred and economical method is UPS ground and requires 3-5 business days in transit).
Canadian Shipments
Shipments to Canada may incur additional taxes and duty charges in accordance to the Laws of Canada.
Next Day Shipping Service
Next Day Shipping service will be available on all orders placed before 2:00 PM Central.
Next Day Air Saver
Next Day Shipping service will be available on all orders placed before 2:00 PM Central. Next Day Air Saver does not deliver on Saturdays.
Free Chicagoland Delivery
Free Chicagoland Delivery means that we will be putting it on one of our trucks. In order to get free delivery, we will couple it up with other deliveries. This may take up to 2 additional weeks to ensure a truck is in your area.
Pallet Freight
Delivery via a truck on a pallet. These are residential deliveries with a liftgate for your convenience. Liftgate service unloads the product to your curb without the need for a forklift. However, please keep in mind that they do not do inside deliveries. Ups will contact you first via Phone call to set up a time convenient for you.
Prefabricated Glass Block Windows
These are custom ordered to your specifications and require 3-5 days to prefabricate. As they are produced, they will be shipped immediately. Transit times vary due to the level of freight service you requested. (The preferred and economical method is UPS ground and requires 3-5 business days in transit).
Glass Block Shower Kits
These are custom ordered to your specifications and require up to 3 Weeks to prefabricate. As they are produced, they will be shipped immediately. Transit times vary due to your location. These are shipped on pallets capable of delivering to residential locations. The trucks may have lift gates as needed.
Vinyl Windows
These are also custom made to your specifications and require two weeks to manufacture. As they are produced, they will be shipped immediately. Transit times vary due to the level of freight service you requested. (The preferred and economical method is UPS ground and requires 3-5 business days in transit).
Tracking
You will be given an order number at time of purchase. This order number will allow you to log onto our site and track the shipment right here on this very site. Simply input the order number and receive your tacking number, and you will be directed to an onsite UPS tracking page where you can find out all of the details regarding your shipment.

Shipping Method
You may select your own shipping method for most products. Free Shipping promotion uses Standard Shipping only and not all items qualify for free shipping.
